Busy event design/décor company- handling design/delivery of florals/rentals for high-end private and corporate events.

Need Event Staff and Drivers to join our team IMMEDIATELY!

Event Staff works with Production Manager and Creative Director to prep for all events, with the main role of event setup, management, and breakdown from start to finish. We work in event venues throughout the Tri-State area

Event Staff is on-site for all events to lead all setup and breakdown activities from start to finish, and will assist in a variety of tasks, including preparation and organization of event elements including but not limited to furniture, props required for event day, packing the truck for delivery of event elements to venue etc. The position requires extended hours on event days, nights, and weekend availability.

Work Hours: Event Hours Vary-

Set up Shifts usually start between 7am-9 am and are 7–12-hour long

Breakdown shifts start anywhere from 6pm-12am and are up to 5 hours long.

This is event-based work, meaning we will contact you for shifts available and you may confirm or decline shifts based on your availability. We have lots of events coming up, which means lots of shifts available!

Requirements:

Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays-based on event schedule

Execute room setup and breakdown based on plan

Perform general labor with the ability to lift to 40 lbs.

Must be RELIABLE and PUNCTUAL.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting and work calmly under high pressure

Ability to work independently and well in a team environment

For Drivers (Event based)

Valid Driver’s License (no DUIs)

Previous large vehicle (i.e., 16-24ft trucks, box truck, work van, etc.) experience

required (CDL license a plus, but not required)

Capable of quick loading/unloading event elements (mostly florals, furniture etc.)

Please note that our events are mainly evenings and weekends.
