Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the multi companies financial records, including maintaining the general ledger, preparing financial statements, hand on daily operations; accounts payable and receivable.

Responsibilities

- Manage all aspects of the company's financial transactions

- Perform account reconciliations and maintain the general ledger

- Process day to day accounts payable and accounts receivable

- Prepare financial statements and reports

- Conduct general ledger reconciliation

- Utilize Foundation & QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks

- Handle balance sheet reconciliation

- Ensure accurate recording of debits and credits

- Assist with clerical duties related to bookkeeping and daily operations

Experience

The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software

- Strong 10-key typing skills

- Experience with account reconciliation and general ledger accounting

- Knowledge of financial software applications

- Ability to perform balance sheet reconciliation

- Familiarity with debits, credits, and general ledger reconciliation

- Previous experience in construction is a plus

- Experience dealing with NTO and Liens

-Bilingual (Spanish & English) A MUST

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year to start

Physical Setting:

Office

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm

Supplemental Pay:

Yearly bonus
