Experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper -MUST KNOW QUICKBOOKS-

All day-to-day financial aspects of the company's operations.

Proficient using Microsoft Excel.

accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, reconciliation, Strong problem solving skills, Strong detail skills very important, Ability to multitask and attention to detail is a must,

Excellent organizational skills with high degree of accuracy

Negotiate with vendors

Absolute fluency in English and grammatical skills a must; additional languages a plus

QuickBooks Experience are a MUST!

To be considered, the candidate must be able to demonstrate the following REQUIRED attributes:

1. Proficiency in QuickBooks . Microsoft Excel.

2. Minimum 5 years as an accountant/bookkeeper in a professional manufacturing environment.

3. Well organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced high-intensity environment.

Responsibilities will include:

Maintain all aspects of corporate accounting for company and for the company's president.

Prepare periodic financial reports, statements, etc. for customers, vendors and company CPA

Bank & Financial Statement Reconciliations

Calculate employee timecard hours for processing.

Communicating and negotiating with vendors
