team lead - carpenter

We are a stable remodeling/additions company with more than a year's worth of work lined up. We have several team leads and are looking for (1) more. A reliable vehicle and clean driving record will be key, as will having the basics in regards to tools and a solid foundation in framing, along with some experience in trim-work. A minimum of (5) years in the industry is required for this position, so please reference that in the resume to be sent.

You will get to work on all phases of the remodel process, and work hand-in-hand with the owner on all aspects of the projects.

Health/Dental/Vision is available after a grace period and reviews and pay increases will be based on performance.
