Remote Sales/Customer Service Representative
Our local storage and moving company is seeking to fill the position of part-time Sales/Customer Service Representative to work three days a week. All work will be performed in a remote, work-from-home environment. Applicants must be reliable, able to multitask, work independently, and have impeccable sales and customer service skills.
The position involves the following activities:
Answer incoming calls
Call leads and explain our services and pricing
Contact customers to answer questions, coordinate, and schedule service
Coordinate and dispatch company personnel
Communicate with customers via phone and email
Perform data entry and other computer related functions
