Remote Sales/Customer Service Representative

Our local storage and moving company is seeking to fill the position of part-time Sales/Customer Service Representative to work Saturdays and Sundays (9am - 5pm). All work will be performed in a remote, work-from-home environment. Applicants must be reliable, able to multitask, work independently, and have impeccable sales and customer service skills. Though not required, this job is perfect for someone with experience in residential real estate.

The position involves the following activities:

Answering incoming calls

Calling sales leads to explain our services and pricing

Contacting customers to answer questions, coordinate, and schedule service

Coordinating and dispatching company personnel

Communicating with customers via phone and email

Entering data

We are looking for an individual with the following qualities:

Enthusiastic, friendly, outgoing personality

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Experience working from a home-based office

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Superb organization and attention to detail

Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to learn

Proficiency using computer for email, internet, spreadsheets, etc.

Interest in learning our business and growing within our company
