Salary Rate: $61,326.20 annually SALARY WILL BE DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT PAY POLICY. SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participates in the solicitation, development and review of contracts and all required contract documents.
Reviews and evaluates operational and contract monitoring reports for identified areas of non-compliance and make recommendations to management on corrective action needed for assigned program area(s).
Approves/disapproves expenditure requests through the MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP) system for assigned program area(s).
Verifies receipt of deliverables from the Contractor for assigned contract(s).
Conducts annual contract program evaluations and administers corrective action plans as required.
Conducts sit visits to ensure program compliance, as necessary.
Performs other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Knowledge of the methods of data collection and analysis.
Knowledge of contract management principles and practices.
Ability to collect, evaluate and analyze data to develop alternative recommendations, solve problems, document workflow and other activities relating to the improvement of operational and management practices.
Ability to organize data into logical format for presentation in reports, documents, and other written materials.
Ability to conduct fact-finding research.
Ability to utilize problem-solving techniques.
Ability to understand and apply applicable rules, regulations, policies, and procedures relating to operational and management analysis activities.
Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Driver License, HS Diploma and at least three years of experience with contracted career/technical education program implementation and monitoring.
Fluent in MS Office Suite.
