Description We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in order picking, shipping, and receiving, ensuring efficient warehouse operations and excellent inventory management.Key Responsibilities:

Order Picking:

Accurately pick orders based on customer specifications and ensure timely fulfillment.

Use handheld scanners or warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders.

Shipping:

Prepare outgoing shipments, including packing, labeling, and documenting.

Coordinate with shipping carriers and ensure timely dispatch of orders.

Verify shipment accuracy and address any discrepancies.

Receiving:

Inspect incoming shipments for damage and accuracy against purchase orders.

Process receiving paperwork and update inventory management systems accordingly.

Organize received goods in designated storage areas.

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate inventory counts through regular cycle counts and audits.

Assist in identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies.

Warehouse Maintenance:

Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.

Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or issues to management.

Collaboration:

Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries related to orders and shipments

Requirements Must possess familiarity with Warehouse Distribution

Demonstrated experience in Warehouse Duties is required Ability to work effectively in a Warehouse Environment Proficiency in conducting Inventory Audits Skilled in Inventory Reconciliation Capable of generating and interpreting Inventory Reports Experience in managing Warehouse Inventory Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills High level of attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in using inventory management software and systems Flexibility to work in different shifts as per inventory requirements.
