Fine Dining, Michelin Rated restaurant is looking for experienced pastry sous chef.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented and have previous experience in reputable fine-dining establishments with Michelin level. We are hiring culinary team members with a strong work ethic to help set and maintain the highest standards of cuisine and professionalism.

Open 5-6 days for dinner and events. Busy high-volume, New American-French cuisine. Must be available to work nights/weekends, holidays (including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve) and have a flexible schedule. Professionalism, respect, and a desire to learn is key.

Requirements:

Experience as a Pastry chef or Pastry cook, preferably in a fine dining restaurant setting.

- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and presentation.

- Excellent attention to detail and a creative approach to dessert creation.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred but not required.
