TapCityGrille/FOH Manager

T.C.G. We are currently looking to fill a Management position at Tap City Grille on Main Street Hyannis. This is a rear opportunity that has presented itself with the opening of our second location in Falmouth, some of our long term staff have moved over.

We are year round, seven days a week and you would joining an established management team. This is an above average salaried position. If you have experience “great” but we are willing to train the right candidate, maybe you have been a long time server looking to advance, or ready for a change.

Job would include but not limited to

Staff training and scheduling

Assist on the floor with expo, hosting and bussing

Opening and closing coverage

Cash & credit reconciliation

Management Shift Notes

Product ordering

TIPS, Servsafe, Allergen and Crowd Control Certifications needed for position or willing to get within 2 weeks of hire date
