Insurance Restoration Estimator Project Manager

Detroit-Based construction firm looking for an Estimator / Project Manager to bid / negotiate / close and manage insurance restoration projects throughout South Eastern Michigan and Northwestern Ohio. A positive attitude is as important to this position as specific experience, but an insurance or trade estimating and project management background would be highly beneficial to your success in this position.

Successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to:

act as a company representative to both potential clients

establish / maintain relationships with competitive vendors

quickly prepare accurate estimates and proposals from field conditions

follow up with clients and their insurance company on submitted proposals and close deals

negotiate subcontracts and set up projects

Manage projects through completion with regard to cost efficiency, quality, schedule and client satisfaction

This individual will initially work with and report directly to the President
