Contact Center Quality Assurance Specialist

Seeking Candidates who are Fluent in Mandarin

PAY: $17-$18/hr

LOCATION: FLUSHING, QUEENS (job will transition to remote)

SCHEDULE: Mon to Fri 8:30a-5:30p or 9a-6p

JOB PURPOSE:

Perform quality audits and reviews of all data submitted by the IDT teams and PACE Service Coordinators in Care Compass.

Inspections, and analysis of entries

Make modifications, confirm, and/or update patient service support documentation.

Frequent communication with participants and collaboration with various teams to effectively collect and process participant data.

REQUIREMENTS

- HS Diploma or GED, Associates Degree preferred

- Relevant administrative, quality, and auditing experience

- Able to pass a typing test with at least 45 WPM.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet assigned deadlines.

- Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.

- Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively as required.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
