Office/Admin/CSR

SunWest Sportswear is a local embroidery and screen print shop with a retail store located at 5003 W Brinkley Rd Bldg C in Kennewick. We are looking for a highly motivated, creative self-starter customer service rep.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to

Greeting customers, inquiring about their needs and assisting them as needed

Processing online orders

Writing up customer orders

Finishing orders and contacting customers

Maintaining and restocking store merchandise

Updating inventories on our online store

Creating and adding new items to our online stores

Shipping online store orders

Operating the cash register

Daily accounting

Work with other team members to ensure a high-quality customer experience

Maintaining store cleanliness

Qualifications

High school diploma

Exceptional customer service, phone and people skills

Capable of lifting and carrying 50+ lbs

Strong computer and internet skills

Proficient in spelling

Attention to detail

Multitasker

Knowledge of Excel and/or CorelDraw a plus

Full Time position, Monday through Friday 8 am to 5:30 pm
