Licensed Medical Practitioner
Wisconsin, Madison , 53701 Madison USA

Licensed Medical Practitioner(s) needed to diagnose and care for patients with vector-borne diseases (aka tick-borne diseases), including Borreliosis (Lyme disease), Babesiosis, Bartonellosis, etc

If you think you would enjoy using your medical skills to diagnose and treat patients with Lyme disease and associated co-infections, in the greater Madison, Wisconsin area, in your own independent practice, I have an offer for you!

There is a great need for Practitioners who specialize in vector-borne diseases in the greater Madison area, and all of Wisconsin.

https://www.dhs.wisconsin.gov/tick/lyme-data.htm

You would begin by attending a one day symposium hosted by the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society (ILADS.org), on November 7, 2024, in San Antonio, Texas, to learn how to diagnose and treat vector-borne diseases with almost all expenses paid.

(You will be required to pay for either your hotel stay or your air fare - your choice. If this is a hardship, for the right applicant, this can be negotiated.)

There will be no charge to you for the 1 day Symposium and you will receive a full day of continuing education credits appropriate to your degree.

After the Symposium, if you still believe opening your own independent practice to care for patients with Lyme and Associated co-infection diseases is right for you, you will receive support to make it happen.

There are shadowing experiences available to increase your knowledge and experience in caring for patients with vector-borne diseases.

There is more support available to help you set up your practice. There will be various forms of assistance depending on your needs. The specific support provided is negotiable, but can include funding in the form of a grant and/or a loan and assistance setting up your office.

As a Lyme-care practitioner, you will actually have time to get to know your patients.

Imagine having 2 hours to see a new patient and 40 minute appointments for follow-up care!

It isn't necessary to bill insurance. Patients with Lyme disease will pay out of pocket to see you.

There is no need to take emergency calls. Lyme patients are expected to have a primary care provider to manage day to day concerns and non-Lyme illnesses.

Imagine being able to set your vacation dates without checking with ANYONE. Just email your patients to give them a heads up to take care of any refills that might be required while you are out of the office.

There are continuing education seminars held all over the world. You could travel and meet like-minded practitioners caring for vector-borne disease patients in foreign lands while earning your required continuing education credits.

If this all sounds too good to be true, there is a catch.

You will not get financially rich in this type of practice, but you will love it absolutely!

The need for this type of care, in Southern Wisconsin, is great and practitioners are very few and far between. As of this date, there is only 1 practitioner, a Natuopathic Doctor, within an hour's drive from Madison Wisconsin. There are no PA's, NP's, DO's or MD's who specialize in, and care for patients with, Lyme disease.

Please, before you reply to this advertisement, go to ILADS.org and read about the Symposium.

Also, go to Lymedisease.org to read about Lyme disease information in general.

Then, if you believe this is the job for you, please contact me via Craigslist relay to let me know of your interest.

Thank you for your consideration,

sincerely, Jeanette W. RPh, MBA, Lyme Advocate
