Receptionist/Front Desk/Client Service Manager

Looking for a friendly, energetic, customer service oriented, professional seeking a position as a receptionist in a very popular, high-end, fast paced and extremely reputable Nail Spa with 10 locations. At Nail Garden, the receptionist is the first line of customer service. You will be interacting with our valued customers as well as our growing team. Seeking someone who enjoys working with people.

Must be capable of handling multiple tasks. You must also be well spoken and organized. Must have a pleasant telephone demeanor, be resourceful and willing to do your very best to make sure customers are happy. Neat in appearance, courteous, self-motivated, handles customer relations with grace and integrity, honest, flexible, patient, dependable, and punctual.

We are open 7 days a week. Hours vary from 9am to 8pm. Closed all major holidays. Must be flexible.

Salon or Spa experience is a plus, PT/ FT Including Weekend Positions available

Skills required: Multi-tasking, extraordinary phone etiquette, perfect punctuality, organization, use of PC

Job Description:

Greeting and checking in clients

Serve as a liaison for the salon manager regarding any customer service issues

Opening and closing of the salon

Answering phones and scheduling appointments

CC machine and Cash Drawer reconciliations

Managing multi-line phone system

Creating a professional friendly atmosphere

Previous Retail/Salon Experience a PLUS

Previous Hospitality Experience a PLUS

Arrive to work on time with a positive attitude, eager to go above and beyond to create the most spectacular experience possible

Represent the salon's image by arriving at work polished, fresh and updated

Ensure a smooth flow and offer a consistently high level of customer service within the salon

Make sure the front desk, retail area are clean and organized
