Seeking a highly organized, bi-lingual (spanish) and detail oriented individual
The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of construction projects by managing job scheduling, administrative tasks, subcontractor invoices. This position requires close attention to details, strong organization skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, staff members, subcontractors and suppliers.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Review accepted contract files and create job files for swimming pool construction
Coordinate with project manager daily
Schedule phases for construction with subcontractors
Notify clients with work scheduled
Order materials and equipment
Skills:
Excellent communication and organizational skills, verbal and written, bi-lingual (spanish)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
Strong conflict resolution skills
Take direction and correction positively
Proven project coordination skills
Willing to learn proven methods for project management
Multi tasking with the skill to manage multiple projects at one time
Monday thru Friday 6am to 3pm
Must be dependable and have reliable transportation
Compensation commensurate with experience
