Our client, a leading academic institution, is seeking an Executive Admin Support to join their team. As an Executive Admin Support, you will be part of the administrative team supporting senior academic administrators. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills along with discretion, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Administrative Support AssistantLocation: Bloomington, INPay Range: $18-$20/hrWhat's the Job?
Calendar support with multiple changing dates/times/events
Event coordinator and planning support to include going over and working with conference staff
Phone calls and group email account management and responses.
Front desk support for those visiting the space to include providing food and beverages from university supplies.
Conference room setup and clean up.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional presence.
Willingness to learn and partner with colleagues on the team and across the campus.
