Job Description:
We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Screen Reclaimer / Shop Assistant to support our production team. This role is essential in keeping our screen printing process efficient and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a great entry level job into the screen printing industry with room for growth.
Screen Reclaiming:
Clean and reclaim used screens using power washers and screen reclaiming chemicals.
Ensure screens are properly stored and organized for easy access.
Shop Assistant:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the shop and production areas.
Assist with material preparation, such as folding garments, preparing orders, and staging jobs for printing.
Support the production team as needed, including occasional assistance with printing or finishing tasks.
Requirements:
Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Willingness to learn and take direction.
Physical ability to lift and move objects (up to 50 lbs) and work on your feet for extended periods.
Experience in screen printing or production work is a plus but not required (training provided).
