Job Requisition ID #24WD81951Position OverviewWe are looking for an AEC Solutions Product Manager to join our Global Delivery and Solutions team in the Customer Success organization. As an AEC Solutions Product Manager, you will help guide the strategic direction, development and success of the Global Solutions program. You will work with a variety of teams, including Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Product and Industry Strategy. You will understand customer/market needs in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) space to ensure the delivery and ongoing improvement of our AEC solutions.The Global Delivery and Solutions team delivers customer outcomes and value by creating solutions that combine Autodesk product capabilities into workflows, based on major customer use cases, that accelerate the ability for our customers to achieve their outcomes using Autodesk technology.The role is remote, and location is flexible.Responsibilities

Develop and implement the solutions strategy for our AEC domain, working with teams including marketing, sales and industry strategy

Use data and research, including transformative Consulting work we've done with some of our most strategic customers, to define and prioritize solutions based on impact

Assess the impact and potential return on investment of new solutions, preparing business cases to support decision-making and secure necessary resources

Collect and respond to customer and internal team feedback, adjusting future scope, timing, and priority of deliverables

Ensure transparency and understanding of team focus and direction

Accessible to team members for explanation and clarification of project goals, priorities, and constraints

Understand complex customer workflows, identifying their important outcomes and opportunities to add value

Clearly and concisely summarize customer needs and goals

Support field enablement teams in the go-to-market for solutions

Minimum Qualifications

Experience (8+ years) within the AEC Industry

Experience in the Customer Success or Professional Services / Consulting domain or previous experience as a consultant

An intimate understanding and point of view on customer outcomes in the AEC industry and how Autodesk can contribute to solutions that meet customer needs

Interested in developing elegant solutions and tools that help our field teams accelerate customer outcomes and provide a positive customer experience

Experience working within teams on sizable projects

Inclusive with strong collaboration skills

Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and influence commitment

BS, BA or BEng in AEC related discipline or work experience in an AEC domain

English fluency in verbal and written forms

For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $114,100 and $184,580. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
