Job Title: Project Coordinator - Construction
Responsible for materials sourcing / ordering, materials pickup (offsite), vendor documentation review site inventory, site organization, jobsite progress reporting, timesheet reporting, jobsite admin duties, and other project related assignments.
Position is open to entry level applications and above.
While not required, ability to read & understand civil and mechanical blueprints, familiarity with general construction, or experience in materials ordering is a plus.
Computer literate: spreadsheet development, word processing, PDF documents
Strong team player able to direct project teams, to communicate clearly and have strong writing skills.
Hourly position range of $20 - $25 per hour depending on experience. Inquire within for details on available benefits.
