Experienced Carpenter / Journeyman Needed

General Contractor performing residential remodels, additions, and ADU’s seeking full time, experienced Carpenter/Journeyman for work in Santa Barbara and Santa Barbara County.

Applicant shall have:

2+ years experience as a Journeyman Carpenter and 7+ total years in construction

Skilled knowledge in Rough and Finish carpentry including: Demolition, Framing, Door and Window Installation and waterproofing, Baseboard/Casing Installation

Residential remodel experience

Must have own tools – please provide a list upon applying

Must have own reliable transportation

Applicant shall be able to safely lift 70 lbs, be trustworthy and able to work with others effectively and smoothly.

Legal to work in the US

Helpful experience:

Able to read blueprints/plans

Able to run a crew of laborers

Hourly Rate of pay, starting rate DOE.

Own contractor’s license not required.

Typical work hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, or potentially 7:30 am - 4:00 pm depending upon project/job requirements; 1/2 hour unpaid lunch break.
