Experienced Brunch Cooks/ Food Expeditor
The Raymond 1886 is an established restaurant in Pasadena. Having served our community for over 35 years. Our goal is to provide excellent meals & service to our community while also creating a space that feels like home for all people.
We are looking for people to join our team who share the same core values, are willing to learn new tasks, and can work in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for experienced brunch cooks & food expeditors with solid tenorships in fast-paced, high-volume brunch and dinner restaurants.
Brunch Cooks (pay commensurate of experience ranging between $18.25/hr - $19.25 + hourly tips)
Friday (8am-3pm)
Saturday / Sunday (630am - 3pm)
Food Expeditor preferably with BOH/Kitchen cook experience (pay commensurate of experience ranging between $17.5/hr - $18.5/hr + hourly tips)
Saturday (4pm - 10pm)
Sunday (9am - 2pm + 4pm - 9pm)
Essential functions:
Ensure efficient flow of orders from kitchen to guests
Read tickets/modifiers correctly
Detail Oriented. Check dishes for accuracy, presentation and temperature
Assist in final preparations of dishes
Organize and properly put together takeout orders
Have a professional demeanor. Clean uniform and Great personal hygiene
Complete side-work in an effective and efficient manner
Working and communicating as a part of a team
Adheres to all health and safety standards
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK provided shifts, reliable, efficient and takes ownership of their roles according to standards set by Executive Chef & General Manager
