Facility Maintenance Worker

Company is looking for a responsible person to coordinate and fix maintenance issues as they happen in the buildings. There are 2 buildings in the same block.

Issues include electrical, mechanical, painting, and building maintenance.

This is full time, M-F 8:15 - 5:00

Overtime on occasion.

Reliable transportation, own tools, good work ethics, team player

Compensation is based on experience, background, and knowledge of maintenance
