Front Desk/ Medical Assistant

We're looking for an experienced front desk receptionist /Medical assistant for a new startup, Tula Healthcare which is a primary care clinic based in San Ramon. we see patients 18 years and older.

Responsibilities include: Answering phone calls, schedulingappointments, verifying insurance, managing paperwork, and other duties as assigned.

Back-office duties: Room patients, take vital signs, administer injections, perform EKGs, eye exams, assist with physicals, ear lavage, EKG, collect specimens, run lab tests such as UA, HBA1C, lipid panel, pregnancy test, application of dressings etc., and other duties as assigned.
