Description:The IT Support Engineer plays an integral role in maintaining operations of our IT services and productivity of our end users. The IT Support Engineer will be actively involved in both daily operations as well as project related work. Daily operations will entail coordination and execution of technical support services for users of the company's IT systems including incident and request response and resolution. These activities include responding to user problems for both software and hardware applications, as well as performing installations, modifications and repairs on personal computers, peripheral devices, and software. Other daily activities include tracking hardware and software inventory and providing user training on the use of standard software. Project related work will entail a wide variety of activities including hardware and software migrations, deployment of new services.Specific Responsibilities:

Technical Support

Respond and resolve to IT incidents and requests. Deploy and maintain software and hardware related components necessary to deliver IT services.

End User Training

Deliver periodic trainings on user-relevant topics.

Software and Hardware Inventory

Maintain an accurate inventory of end user hardware and software. Ship equipment as necessary.

System Administration

Maintenance and utilization of MDM system. Configuration and maintenance of Active Directory policies and OUs. Re-image laptops using system image provided

Other duties as required or directed by the Manager
