Universal Staffing is seeking a experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for a temp to hire opportunity in beautiful Santa Cruz. Candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s outgoing payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies. You will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers while supporting the overall efficiency of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities include:

Process COG/Trade Invoices/ Reconciling PO discrepancies

EDI processing (this is specific to our industry of Office Supplies)

Process Overhead Invoices

Correspondence with Purchasing/WH/Vendors

Statement Reconciliation

Company Credit Card Reconciliation

Computer skills:

Excel experience

Microsoft Teams experience
