Description of job:

Knowledge and experience of cooking Breakfast & Brunch dishes are a must.

Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard

Keeping a stocked inventory of food supplies

Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen services and appliances

Storing all food and utensils properly at the end of each day and the kitchen is clean before closing

Communicating with staff regarding any updates and making sure customers' expectations are met
