Maintenance Technician

Ventura Investment Co. is seeking a full time skilled Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance, repairs and painting for apartment communities in Isla Vista and Santa Barbara.

Experience in multiple trades, reliable transportation, basic tools and a positive, professional attitude are required.
