Professional Maintenance Technician

Looking for a multi unit maintenance tech to join our TEAM. Job includes but not limited to: Technicians are required to use their own hand tools (hammers, wrenches, drills) and drive their own reliable transportation that will fit a 6-foot ladder and or a full sheet of dry wall between properties and to get materials on our account. We offer a monthly automobile expense reimbursement.

Must have a valid D.L. & insurance.

Must have verifiable current and consistent references. We are not looking to train.

We are looking for a person who lives in S.B., Goleta or Carp. that wants to improve their employee benefits, pay & or environment.

The successful candidate will have good communication skills, willing to lead when necessary, general positive attitude. After probation period, we offer medical, dental and vision benefits. PTO & Sick pay. 401k after 1 year.
