The team partners with key stakeholders across product & business lines, sales, and finance to drive revenue growth and commercialize our solution set.What you will be doing:This role is highly challenging, yet satisfying, and provides a fantastic opportunity to be part of the platform journey at FIS:Prepare detailed models and forecasts, including P&L, portfolio analytics, and ROI analysesPlay a key role in financial and operational reviews, highlighting risks & opportunities in a constructive way to senior stakeholders with the broader story in mindPartner with key stakeholders throughout the organization to maintain and improve data integrity across systems to ensure accuracy of actuals and forecastsDrive adhoc strategic projects to support business goals and initiativesEstablish strong working relationships with relevant stakeholders across the organizationAssist on strategic projects as needed, including CEO materials and long term planningWhat you will need:Curiosity and problem-solving skillsSelf-starter and ownership mentality who proactively drives resultsEffectively balance necessary attention to detail and summarizing at high level to tell the executive story of business drivers and outcomesAbility to navigate through change, ambiguity and complexitiesAbility to maintain positive working relationship with internal clientsAbility to be comfortable interacting with executive level internal clientsAbility to analyze business needs and determine related financial and reporting support necessaryAbility to manage multiple projects, activities, and problem areasAbility to effectively manage and delegate projects to qualified subordinates as appropriateBachelor's degree in accounting or finance or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.Experience in a fast-paced fintech or other tech-focused environmentGood understanding of generally accepted accounting principles as well as company accounting policies, procedures and standardsAnalytical and statistical examination skillsDemonstrated ability to plan and accomplish work to ensure critical deadlines are metProficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and its Google equivalentsPreferably experience with Hyperion and Oracle or similar financial reporting systemsAdded bonus if you have: Experience in financial services or technology companies highly desirableExperience leading in fast paced innovate finance organizationKnowledge of FIS' products and servicesKnowledge of financial services industry or FinTechsKnowledge and experience with receivables, payables or financial intelligence (KYC, etc) businessesPowerBi experience beyond view-only user - build and advanced skillsWhat we offer you:A career at FIS is more than just a job. The pay range for this full-time position is $197,700.00 - $332,140.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
