This role plays a critical part in aligning Toyota's digital efforts with broader strategic objectives, such as the SmartPath initiative, while ensuring a seamless, industry-leading online experience across all devices for Toyota.com and MyToyota.comWho we’re looking forReporting to the Senior Manager of Digital Engagement, the Digital Marketing Manager acts as a product owner and thought leader in digital trends, partnering closely with technology business partners to anticipate future needs. This position drives digital innovation and transformation by defining key initiatives and outcomes, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and positioning Toyota as a market leader in digital customer experiences. The role significantly impacts the department’s success and strengthens Toyota's competitive advantage in the digital space, helping TMNA and Dealers sell more vehicles, educating digital consumers about TMNA products and services while creating seamless digital shopping experience.What you’ll be doingParticipate in the development of vision and strategies to support Toyota’s goal of providing a seamless digital shopping experience, with a focus on the future of digital retail.Lead efforts to enhance and integrate the SmartPath shopping experience across Toyota.com and MyToyota, ensuring a cohesive online vehicle shopping journey, including the vision and implementation of eCommerce platforms that align with Toyota’s strategic objectives, optimizing the customer experience and advancing Toyota’s digital retail capabilities across all consumer digital touchpoints.Lead the development, innovation, and efficient implementation of digital platforms and shopping tools across Toyota.com.Collaborate closely with OneTech and various front-end and back-end business partners to ensure the technical infrastructure supports seamless deployment and scalability of these solutions.Drive cross-functional teams to optimize the integration of digital tools (i.e. Search Inventory, Build&Price, SmartPath), ensuring they align with Toyota’s strategic objectives and deliver a cutting-edge, cohesive customer experience.Establish workback schedules and maintain consistent communication with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery.Lead and manage team members by providing clear guidance, fostering professional development, and creating an environment that promotes collaboration and high performance.Align team group goals with TMNA digital vision and strategic direction. Lead projects from ideation to implementation, driving agency creative and UI/UX development to ensure an optimal digital experience.Set clear priorities with the team, allocate resources efficiently, and manage projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.Work closely with the analytics team to gather quantitative and qualitative data, using these insights to optimize the digital experience and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).Collaborate with internal and external business partners to gather strategic insights, implement testing methodologies, and collect quantitative data.Ensure the results include actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Use this data to refine strategies and enhance overall digital performance.Lead and facilitate communication across the enterprise, collaborating with VMAC, regional stakeholders, TDAs, PDs, and dealers to ensure alignment on digital initiativesWhat you bringBachelor's DegreeExperience of product ownership and project management experience in digital marketing or related marketing disciplines.Experience with Digital marketing and website managementExperience interfacing with high levels of management across the enterprise, advertising agencies and consultants.What you may bringProven ability to lead a team, create a vision and make progress towards that vision by achieving measurable objectives.Experience in data driven decision making with strong command of analytics and associated tools.Proven experience and success in implementing digital solutions for both corporate and dealer marketing activitiesWhat we’ll bringDuring your interview process, our team can fill you in on all the details of our industry-leading benefits and career development opportunities.
