Pay: $17 - $20 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Job Description:

Emergency Restoration Experts LLC is seeking a dedicated and organized Mitigation Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with clients and supporting the overall workflow in our restoration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with insurance adjusters and homeowners for billing and payment

Manage job documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping

Schedule field technicians for mitigation services

Work closely with the operations and insurance departments to ensure timely completion of projects

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Spanish is a requirement

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required

Computer proficiency, particularly in job tracking software, is desirable
