Guest Relations Coordinator $20/hr
We are looking for a hardworking, dedicated candidate to join our team. While in a fun party environment, you will work as the administrative backbone to the club’s fast paced operations. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator, able to answer multiple lines, upsell party packages, have cash handling experience, attention to detail while entering important data, and be able to decorate the club to the current theme. You must be able to multitask as well as take the appropriate action to follow through with each task in a timely manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Schedule inbound and outbound rides
Sell & upsell online party packages
Assist in marketing, entry data & research
Decorating the club for each club theme
Responsible for keeping inventory on promotional items
Completing all service paperwork as required
Responsible for overall hospitality delivering exceptional customer service
Cash handling, safe balancing and auditing
Performing other work-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must have or be able to obtain Sheriff’s card, Health card, and Tam card.
Excellent customer service and people skills required
1-year prior customer service/dispatching experience preferred
1- year minimum of cash handling experience
Must be a motivated self starter & team player
Must possess a strong attention to detail while being able to multitask
Proficient on phone, radio and computer
Ability to follow through with tasks in a timely manner
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail is preferred
Must be proficient in English (oral & written)
Willingness to work evenings, late nights, and weekends as required with a flexible schedule
Must have reliable transportation, reliable form of communication, and be on time for scheduled shifts. Be able to work various shifts according to availability
