Processing Lead

Judah Labor Force is hiring for an egg processing company for a Processing Lead. Primary tasks include ensuring the processing shift runs smoothly and maximizes processing input. Supervise the crew and support the various activities as needed. Assign tasks to crew and train and supervise employees to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Duties:

-Must be able to adjust, change sensors for daily production reading

-Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing maintenance requirements on production, packaging, processing equipment.

-Will need to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, service manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

-Preform preventative maintenance

-Maintain communication with other departments, managements and employees

-Follow good manufacturing practices

-Follow all required work safe practices. Including lockout-tag out requirements and wearing of all required PPE in designated areas, confined space safety, safe chemical handling, ect.

Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

-Basic mechanical/electrical understanding

-Forklift/Pallet Jack experience

-Basic Math skills

-High school Diploma or GED

-Basic Computer skills

-Ability to conduct trainings
