Processing Maintenance

Judah Labor Force is hiring for an egg processing company and is looking to hire for processing maintenance. Responsibilities include day to day maintenance of all related equipment to include egg laying equipment, heavy equipment such as skid steers, front loader and dump truck and any and all support equipment.

Duties:

-Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventative maintenance on all production and related equipment

-Responsible for maintaining maintenance records and following regulatory guidelines

-Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operations

-Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

-Performs other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:

-Must have current Driver's license

- 2 years' experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing facility

- 1-year minimum experience with one or more technical experiences: electrical hydraulic, pneumatic, computer-controlled equipment, PLC and HVAC

-1-year minimum experience on a variety of equipment including lubricating, cleaning, material handling, motor control, relay control, process control and packaging equipment.

- Professional experience with ammonia refrigeration systems preferred

-Will be required to inspect equipment, recognize potential problems, and independently take appropriate corrective action to prevent component failures or equipment down time.
