GROUNDS/LIGHT MAINTENANCE
Prime Urban Properties is a property management company leading the industry in providing beautiful homes and workplaces to Residents and Tenants. We are looking for individuals who excel at teamwork, commitment, dedication, reliability and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Inspect and maintain property grounds and common areas.
Perform light maintenance such as light bulb replacements, paint touch-ups, light cleaning and furnace filter replacements
Assist with apartment turnovers.
Provide exceptional customer service to tenants.
Maintain positive working relationships with coworkers and vendors.
Skills:
Ability to work individually and in a team
Good understanding of various time keeping and maintenance work order applications, or the ability to learn quickly.
Basic understanding of grounds maintenance
Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
Good physical condition and strength
High school diploma or equivalent
This position starts as a Grounds/Light Maintenance and evolves to match your strengths and skills. Some weekends are required (when turnovers occur), must have a valid drivers license and insured, reliable vehicle. All properties are in the Madison area.
