Positions Overviews:

General Manager

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service and high customer satisfaction.

- Manage staff schedules, training, and development.

- Handle budgets, financial reports, and inventory management.

- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Foster a positive and productive work environment.

- Develop and evolve existing S.O.P.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in management within the hospitality industry.

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Ability to make decisions under pressure and solve problems efficiently.

Front end of House Cashier

Responsibilities:

- Greet and guests with a welcoming demeanor.

- Manage order processing

- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate orders.

- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally.

- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front area.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a front-of-house role is preferred.

Line Cook

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to Yummy Huli Huli Chicken standards.

- Assist with food prep and storage to ensure freshness and quality.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to optimize workflow.

- Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Experience in a kitchen environment is a plus.
