PT Accounting/Office Assistant
We are a property management and retail management company seeking a Part-Time Accounting/Office Assistant to join our team. Hours will range from 15-20 hours per week with the possibility of additional hours/FT in the future if desired. The position is on-site at our office in Peabody, MA. Remote work is not available at this time.
Responsibilities will include:
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconciling financial transactions
- Reconciling employee time sheets, expense sheets, and mileage logs
- Entering data in QuickBooks and Spreadsheets (including adjusting journal entries)
- Assisting with period-end close tasks
- Assisting management with additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications include:
- Must have QuickBooks desktop experience
- Must have accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to time manage, work independently, and problem solve
