Hiring Fence Installers
H. Barron Iron Works is on the lookout for skilled individuals to fill full-time roles in our Fence / Handrail Division.
The ideal candidate for our Handrail Fabricator position should meet these requirements:
- 2-4+ years of handrail experience.
- Proficiency in layout and blueprint interpretation.
- Competence in stick welding; Mig / Tig welding is a plus.
- Comfortable working on feet for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting over 50 pounds.
- Holds a valid driver's license and has reliable transportation.
- TWIC card is preferred, or the ability to obtain one.
- Entry-level position with hourly pay based on experience.
- Must pass a 10-panel drug screen and background check due to customer site access needs.
The ideal candidate for our Fence Installer position should meet these requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience in installing chain link, wood, vinyl, and aluminum fences.
- Construction experience is preferred, along with familiarity with hand tools and heavy machinery.
- Willing to work outdoors year-round, in all weather conditions.
- Capable of lifting over 50 pounds.
- Holds a valid driver's license and has reliable transportation.
- A TWIC card is preferred, or the ability to obtain one.
- Entry-level position with hourly pay based on experience.
- New hires must submit a resume with references from past employers.
- Must pass a 10-panel drug screen and background check due to customer site access needs.
