Overview:

Business Executive is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide administrative support and assistance. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements

- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and transcribing notes

- Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks

- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy

- Assist with office management duties to ensure smooth operations

- Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the team

- Appointment setting.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a similar role or related administrative positions

- Proficiency in office software and phone systems

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Proofreading abilities for reviewing documents and correspondence

- Proficiency with MS Office products.

- Accounting or bookkeeping basics

- Knowledge of project coordination techniques

- Familiarity with clerical duties and office management tasks

- Acceptable Driving Record and have reliable transportation

- Must pass background check and drug testing.
