Job Description:

As an experienced server at Kaizen, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. You’ll share your knowledge of Japanese cuisine and beverages, guiding our guests through the menu with professionalism and warmth.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and warmly, creating a welcoming and upscale dining experience.

Provide expert recommendations on menu items, including sushi, ramen, seasonal specials, and sake and other beverage pairings.

Take accurate orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar.

Serve food and beverages in a timely and attentive manner.

Address guest concerns professionally, ensuring satisfaction and a memorable experience.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tables and dining spaces.

Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient service.

Process payments accurately and provide guests with receipts.

Follow all health and safety regulations. Qualifications:

Minimum [X] years of serving experience in a fast-paced, upscale restaurant.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge and passion for Japanese cuisine and beverages, including sake and Japanese whiskey.

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Must be a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant technology is a plus.
