Assistant Program Coordinator-FT-Benco

In the role of Assistant Program Coordinator, the person would assist the Program Coordinator with the operations of a home providing supports and care to adult individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
The Assistant Program Coordinators’ schedule would consist of up to 30 set scheduled hours per week of Direct Support Professional duties. This would include working directly with adult intellectual and developmental individuals on a day-to-day basis helping them with everyday life tasks.
The management duties would include up to 10 hours per week of helping the Program Coordinator (PC) with staff scheduling, training, paperwork, running errands, etc.
The Assistant Program Coordinator’s set schedule is Monday 3p-11p, Tuesday 2p-9p, Wednesday 5p-9p and Sunday 3p-11p = 27 hours per week plus 10 hours of Assistant Program Coordinator management duties flexed into each week for a total of 37 hours per week.
This is a set schedule however the schedule may change temporarily to meet the needs of the program as needed.
Wages and Raises:
The starting wage range is $19.62 to $24.07 per hour. Capped at $32.53 per hour.
Benco offers raises every 6 months for the first 2 years and annually thereafter if the employee has not reached the cap for that position. Raises are: 3% 6-months,
5% 1-year, 3% 1.5-years, 5% 2-years and 6% thereafter until the cap is reached for that position at $32.53 per hour.

The program offers to elevate the status of Assistant Program Coordinators by improving practice standards, promoting system reform, and advancing their knowledge, skills, and values. Furthermore, offering the control to increase your wages as you complete each credentialing program if you have not reached the CAP for that position.
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 6 months’ experience in the IDD (intellectual and developmental disabilities) field or at least two years college or an equivalent combination of experience and education. Management/Supervisory experience preferred.
