ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We are an established construction company in Snohomish, looking to hire an Administrative Assistant. We are looking for an individual to work efficiently with our staff. The right candidate needs to work well in a team environment, be very flexible and coach-able, have a positive attitude, open to new challenges, works well under pressure in a fast paced environment to meet crucial deadlines, good at multi-tasking, takes direction well, able to lift at least 50lbs, and be proficient in Excel. Excel is a must with formula familiarity.

Please note before applying, that this is NOT a hybrid or remote position, it is full time in office.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel (required)

- Must have knowledge in Excel formulas.

- Data Entry

- Assist Management when needed with various tasks

- E-mail communication

- File and document maintenance

- Department reporting

Qualifications:

- Office and administrative experience is a must

- Strong communication skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- QuickBooks Experience (preferred but not required)

- Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Specifically with Excel)

Benefits and office conditions:

- Position Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm

- Business hours of operation - Monday through Friday - 7am to 5pm;

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
