Bath Plus Admin Assistant (Everett)

We are growing and are looking for an experienced and indepedent, self-starting office adminstrator to help manage the day to day office operations and schedules.
Essential functions of this role include, but not limitted to:
Manage the reception desk to include answering phones, retuning calls and emails, opening showroom and greeting customers
Coordinate weekly calendars and manage scheduling of meetings for Project Manager
Take meeting minutes and distribute agendas for scheduled meetings
File management to include, maintaining organization of drawings and specs
Assist with job builds until completion
Maintain daily work schedules for construction projects and provide support as needed
Communicate with customers, construction trades, field employees, subcontractors
Pick up and delivery of plans and samples, receive deliveries to showrooms and warehouses
Provide accounting support to include coding invoices
Open and distribute mail and prepare outgoing mail
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years professional office administrative experience
Proficiency with MS Office/G-Suite products
Strong Customer Service skills
Able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
Great attention to detail
Excellent communication (written and verbal)
Well-organized and reliable
Construction Industry experience preferred, but not required
ยท Self-starter and can work well with limited supervision. Demonstrates ability to take initiative
Must have reliable transportation to be able to commute between two branch locations in Everett and Burlington
Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
