Join our team as Head Chef and showcase your culinary skills in a fast-paced vegan kitchen. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen team, preparing high-quality dishes, ensuring food safety standards, and contributing to menu planning. At least 5 years of experience is preferred.

Duties:
- Lead and guide our kitchen team to success
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and storing
- Assist in meal preparation following recipes and portion guidelines
- Cook and plate dishes according to established standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with the culinary team on menu planning and specials
Skills:
-Strong knife skills
-Proficiency in food preparation techniques
-Knowledge of food safety practices
-Ability to handle a variety of kitchen equipment & ability to learn
-Strong understanding of catering principles
-Experience in menu planning is a plus!
