Qualifications:

- Current National Certifications and/or Professional Degrees

- Maintains current CPR/AED certification

- High level of professionalism, honesty, integrity and work ethic

- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

- Basic computer, web, and mobile application skills

- Acts as a fitness role model

Essential Job Functions:

- Uphold the Mission and Values of HealthSPORT

- Design programming and manage clients as directed by your Direct Supervisor

- Provide a safe and effective training session every time

- Begin and end all sessions on time, as scheduled

- Ensure fitness areas are clean, sanitized, organized and present well

- Dress in neat and cohesive fitness attire as defined in the HealthSPORT Dress Code

- Maintain availability in Club Automation as agreed upon with your Direct Supervisor

- Maintain accurate entries in Paycom, Club Automation and GroupEx PRO daily

- Attend meetings as scheduled

- Represent HealthSPORT in community events as requested

Reports to: Site Manager (BTB, EUR, FOR and MCK), Sales Manager (ARC)

Position Status: Part-Time or Full-Time, Non-Exempt (schedule may include weekends, evenings and Holidays)
