Position Summary:

Are you a skilled handyman with a passion for fixing things? Do you take pride in completing jobs to the highest standards? We’re looking for experienced handymen/handywomen to join our growing team at Handyman Turnover LLC, where we specialize in rental property turnovers. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and have a “can-do” attitude, we want you!

As a Handyman with us, you’ll help property managers and real estate professionals keep their properties in top shape. You’ll be tasked with everything from general repairs to larger fixes, ensuring fast turnovers and top-quality work.

Responsibilities:

Perform general repairs, maintenance tasks, and improvements on residential properties.

Complete jobs such as drywall repair, carpentry, minor plumbing, electrical work, painting, and more.

Assess property needs after the initial walkthrough and prioritize tasks.

Communicate effectively with clients and our management team.

Ensure jobs are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Follow company safety policies and procedures.

Provide excellent customer service at every job site.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of handyman experience or similar trades.

Must have your own tools and reliable transportation.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Hours and Compensation:

Flexible scheduling based on job assignments.

Pay is per job and negotiated before the job starts.

Payment issued 7 days after job completion following the final walkthrough.
