Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house teams.

- Manage financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, cost control, and maximizing profitability without compromising quality.

- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, safety, and guest service, ensuring compliance with health regulations.

- Collaborate with chefs and staff to deliver an extraordinary dining experience.

- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to maintain high levels of performance and service etiquette.

- Lead team meetings, communicate menu changes, and address any guest concerns with care and professionalism.

- Manage inventory, scheduling, and budgets to optimize operations and profitability.

- Monitor and enforce cash management and other financial procedures.

- Create a positive dining environment that fosters repeat business and guest loyalty.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in fine dining or sushi restaurants.

- Insane attention to detail, with a meticulous approach to operations and guest service.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and familiarity with managing upscale dining.

- Experience with POS systems, such as OpenTable.
