Head cook/kitchen manager/cook

Looking for 2 experienced breakfast cooks. For my new breakfast joint. The menu will be a souther style menu with fun biscuit and waffle dishes. Hours are great. Open mon-wed 8am-2pm, thur-sunday 8am-4pm.
