Apartment Maintenance Technician

Job description

Our firm is searching for a full-time Maintenance Technician with at least 1 year of experience in multi-family residential property maintenance.

The ideal candidate would have skills including electrical, plumbing, painting, HVAC certification (coolers and A/Cs), pool/spa maintenance, and general maintenance.

The position will share on-call responsibilities with other team members.

EDUCATION - High school diploma/GED equivalent

EXPERIENCE - At least 1 year of multi-family residential property maintenance experience or related experience

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS

Bi-lingual preferred

Valid driver’s license and vehicle required

COMPENSATION - Based on experience, starting salary from $20 per hour plus benefits package

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
